Quick help Details This feture has been introduced in CBos V3. You will find small help buttons like Help various placess. Click on the button to see the quick detail related to that topic.
View To view quick help click on the Help button to see some detail related to that topic.
Print Inside the Quick details box you will find small print buttons like Help. Click on the button to print the details shown in the quick details part only.
Save Inside the Quick details box you will find small save buttons like Help in the Quick Details. Click on the button to save into your local disk the details shown in the quick details part only.
Close Click on Close buttons like Close in the Quick Details to close the details shown.
Bookmarks Details This is also a new feture introduced in CBos V3. In report preview you will see a left panel where some bookamrks will be displayed related to that report. This bookmakrs will help you to navigate quickly or find a element quickly in a large report.
Hide To get some more width you can close the bookmark panel using minus Close button to toggle show/hide the bookmark panel.
Login details Described After login you can see your login details by clicking on the help button after your name displayed below your member name on the top of the page. Here you will find your current login time and IP address, last login time and IP address, last password reset date by your member, last password change date by you and a warning if you need to change your password.
A/C year Described After login the current A/C year will be displayed on the top right corner of the page.
Change online You can change online A/C year selected Click on the A/C year displayed on the top of the page. A list of A/C year will be displayed. Select the desire A/C year. The A/C year will be changed immediately and you will be redirect to home page.
Report Controller
Buttons Described In every report there will be a panel just below the menu showing the report currently selected. This is the report controller. All operation will be controlled from this panel. There will be 6 buttons on the right side of that panel to view/print/export the report.
View To view the report in screen click on the Close button.
Print To print the report in printer click on the Close button. Before you print you must click on the view button for a proper print out. We also recomend to change the page settings manually as required. However we recomend to take the print out by exporting the report to PDF(described below) format.
Export PDF This is a new feture in CBos V3. You can export every report in PDF format with 128 bit encryption. To export the report in PDF format click on the Close button.

A PDF (Portable Document Format) is a format is an open standard for document exchange. And you need to install Adobe acrobat reader to view this file. You can download the Acrobat reader from official Adobe site for free.
Export Excel You can export every report in Excel format. To export the report in PDF format click on the Close button.
Mail This is also a new feture in CBos V3. You can send mail any report as PDF attachment to whome you want. To mail a report click on the Close button. After that the report will be exported in a PDF format and you will be asked for email address to whome you want to send mail. Specify the mail address and other details and click on the Close button and your mail will be sent.
Help A small help for that report will be displayed by clicking on the Close button.
Options Opening In the report controller panel a Close button is displayed in the left side of the panel. Click on the button and a report option panel will be opened and Close button will be changed to Close. Click on that button of the Close button inside the panel to close the panel.
Described You will find various option depanding the report like date range, report format, exchange, clearing, client selection for branch logins and lots more. You can change the report option as required and click again on view button to view the report as per your selection.
Date selection A date entry box is always attached with a date selection panel. This extended date selection panel is newly introduced in CBos V3. When you put cursor in any date entry panel a date selection window will be displayed. Select the date you want or click outside the panel to close the box. You can change the year, month directly from the drop down lists displayed at the top the panel.
Client selection A selection panel is attached with all client/other multiple selection entry. This selection is also introduced in CBos V3. Some unique fetures of this panel:
  • Online search: Type on the box at the top of the panel and records matched will get selected(change color)
  • Selection: Type on the box at the top of the panel and records matched will get selected. Press enter button and all records matched with the criteria will be selected immediately
  • Deselect all: Press enter on the box at the top of the panel keeping it blank and all selected records will be deselected
Zooming Relevent links for zooming will be displayed in report. To view details click on the links. The detailed reports will be displayed. In a zoomed report a notification will be displayed in the report panel as (Zoomed) Remove. Click on the remove link to remove the zoom condition.
